For the first time, heavy concrete pavement has been used in Belarus to reconstruct a road section on the P23 highway Minsk-Mikashevhichi in Slutsk District. The customer is the state-run company Minskavtodor-Center, the general contractor is the Mogilev-based Road-Building Trust No. 3. The project is financed through a Br60 million loan of the Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus. The bypass construction is meant to create a first-category road section for transit transport.
