On the initiative of the BRSM Youth Union, the National House of Youth hosted a presentation of the best works of the open national contest to develop a mascot for the 2019 European Games in Minsk on 14 November. The contest was organized by Belarus' National Olympic Committee, the Information Ministry, the Directorate of the Second European Games 2019, and the National State TV and Radio Company.
