The 3rd edition of the Belarusians of the World art festival opened in Minsk on 8 September. The Belarusian Philharmonic Society featured an exhibition of arts and crafts of the Belarusian diaspora and a concert program With Love to the Homeland.
The event was organized by the Culture Ministry, the Information Ministry, the Commissioner for Religions and Nationalities, oblast executive committees and the Minsk City Hall, the Center of National Cultures under the auspices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
