Belarus and Sudan have signed an agreement on friendly relations and cooperation. The document was inked by Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko and Sudan President Omar Hassan Ahmad al-Bashir after the official talks in Khartoum on 17 January. The heads of state also signed a joint statement. The two leaders reaffirmed their commitment to the development and strengthening of the friendly ties between the two countries in various fields.
