State Secretary of Belarus' Security Council Stanislav Zas met with Minister Coordinator of Internal and External Security Policy of Ecuador Cesar Navas Vera on 16 January. The sides discussed matters concerning cooperation between the government agencies of Belarus and Ecuador, which are in charge of national security. During the meeting Stanislav Zas and Cesar Navas Vera also exchanged opinions about topical problems of international and regional security.
