CAREER Console operator, safety engineer, engineer of the production and technical department at the Polotsk-based company Vodokanal, chief engineer of the production and technical department at the Polotsk-based company of the housing and public utilities sector, head of the housing and public utilities department, deputy chairperson for capital construction, housing and utilities sector of the Polotsk Town Executive Committee, chairperson of the Novopolotsk Town Executive Committee.
Awarded the Woman of Vitebsk Oblast 2002 title and the Best Engineer of the Polotsk-based company Vodokanal title.
Elected as a Vitebsk Oblast representative to the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus of the fifth convocation (representing Polotsk and Novopolotsk). Deputy Chairperson of the Permanent Commission for Legislation and State Construction at the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus.
Appointed Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus in December 2014.
Appointed Head of the Belarus President Administration in December 2016.
