Belarusian-Russian cooperation demonstrates positive dynamics. The statement was made by State Secretary of the Union State of Belarus and Russia Grigory Rapota on the sidelines of the 10th Eurasian Economic Forum in Verona, Italy on 19 October, BelTA has learned.
When asked to comment on Belarusian-Russian cooperation in 2017, the official noted that positive advancement had been secured in various areas. “For instance, in the first half of the year economic cooperation was invigorated. A number of issues were settled. On the one hand, they were technical. On the other hand, they were important for moving forward. We have also recently adopted three new programs and intend to adopt more by the end of the year. All of this can be described as positive accomplishments,” said Grigory Rapota.
He also pointed out that Belarus and Russia are active members of the Eurasian Economic Union.
