Gorodok, a town in Vitebsk Oblast, hosted the regional skiing competition Vitebsk Ski Race 2017 on 18 February. The highlight of the sports celebration were ski races with the participation of local government officials, school and university students, representatives of physical training and sports clubs, companies and organizations. The program also featured different snow amusements, a competition of snow sculptures, mini-football tournaments, tug-of-war, arm-wrestling, kettlebell-lifting, and darts events.
