Members of 49 war history clubs from Belarus, Russia, France, Poland and Belgium reenacted the Battle of Berezina that took place in November 1812 between the French army of Napoleon and the Russian army.
The spectators, who gathered at the Brilevo Field historical and cultural site, saw fierce battles between cavalry and infantry, artillery men in the spirit of the last noble wars of the Empire era. The reenactment featured more than 300 participants who created the atmosphere of that time and showed the infantry, cavalry, and artillery in action.
