The 11th edition of the modern youth festival of East Asian culture Higan 2016 has gathered numerous fans of anime, comics and computer games in the Belarusian capital. Naruto, Spider Man, Capitan America, Catwoman and many others filled in the Minsk Concert Hall. Many outfits are a result of hard work and investment, but it is well worth the effort.
This year this colorful event was held with the information support from the Japanese embassy in Belarus. Higan is a bright fancy dress festival that unites fans of anime, comics, computer games, street fashion and music, first of all, of Eastern Asia (Japan, Korea, China and Taiwan), and also fans of similar trends in the western culture. The festival has been recently becoming popular with not only the youth but also with middle-aged people.
