MINSK, 18 June (BelTA) - The Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance of Russia (Rosselkhoznadzor) lifted restrictions on the import of dairy products of three Belarusian companies to Russia on 17 June, BelTA learned from the Rosselkhoznadzor website.
“In pursuance of the agreements and the bilateral roadmap signed between the Rosselkhoznadzor and the Department of Veterinary and Food Inspection at the Belarusian Agriculture and Food Ministry, Rosselkhoznadzor considers it possible to lift restrictions on the supplies of dairy products of Mozyr Dairy, Turov Dairy and Lida milk-canning plant as of 17 June,” the report says.
This decision was made under the guarantees of the Belarusian side. The Belarusian producers shall also provide, within one month from the date of the removal of restrictions, the lab data across the main types of medicines.
All dairy products of these companies shall be subjected to intensive laboratory supervision by Rosselkhoznadzor. Its specialists will take at least ten samples in all risk groups for each enterprise.
