MINSK, 18 August (BelTA) – In January-July 2017 retail trade in Belarus went up by 1%, representatives of the National Statistics Committee told BelTA.
In January-July 2017 retail trade totaled Br21.6 billion or 101% in comparable prices as against January-July 2016. Retail trade by trade companies accounted for 87.7% of the total and amounted to Br18.9 billion or 101.6% in comparable prices.
In January-July 2017 wholesale trade totaled Br42.1 billion or 100.9% in comparable prices as against January-July 2016.
Trade by public catering establishments totaled Br1.2 billion or 99.8% in comparable prices as against January-July 2016.
