MINSK, 20 March (BelTA) – The production of automobile seats and radiators is supposed to begin in Belarus in Q2 2018, BelTA learned from Belarusian First Deputy Industry Minister Gennady Svidersky on 20 March.
The official said: “We intend to register two enterprises this month — to make seats and to make automobile radiators. We should start making these products in the second quarter of the year.”
In his words, at present the Belarusian-Chinese car factory BelGee uses Belarus-made accumulators and tires to make cars. The production of gearboxes has been launched. “There is an agreement, according to which we will make axles in association with BelAZ Company. Preparations are in progress,” said the official.
