Lublin to host Belarus-Poland economic forum 14 November

MINSK, 13 November (BelTA) – The 21st edition of the Belarusian-Polish economic forum Good Neighborliness will take place in Lublin, Poland on 14 November, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Taking part in the forum will be about 30 Belarusian companies working in the area of energy, agriculture and food industry, and also representatives of the free economic zones of Brest, Grodno, Minsk and Mogilev, the administration of the Chinese-Belarusian industrial park Great Stone.

The program of the forum will comprise several themed sections to discuss the prospects of expanding cooperation between Belarusian and Polish companies in the field of transport and logistics, business services, innovative technologies, the export of goods and services, banking facilities, and insurance. The participants of the forum will also consider the operation within the free economic zones. Belarusian and Polish companies will hold a number of bilateral meetings.

While in Lublin, the Belarusian delegation will visit a number of Polish companies, and also the Lublin energy exhibition ENERGETICS 2017.

ENERGETICS is one of the leading energy exhibitions in Poland. The exposition features cutting-edge devices, equipment and technology for the energy sector. The targeted audience is companies operating in the field of fuel, energy, electro-technical, and mine industries, construction, metallurgy and motor-car construction.

The forum is held by the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in cooperation with the Polish-Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
