MINSK, 9 July (BelTA) – A mission of the International Monetary Fund led by Jacques Miniane will work in Belarus on 9-13 July, BelTA learned from the IMF Resident Representative Office.
“It is a scheduled mission. Its goal is to review the current economic situation in the country,” noted the source.
BelTA reported earlier that the previous IMF mission worked in Belarus from 26 October through 10 November 2017 as part of Article IV consultations. Economic policy in the country was discussed during those consultations.
