Huge prospects for Belarus-Turkey business cooperation

MINSK, 11 November (BelTA) – The Belarusian-Turkish business cooperation has huge prospects, Chairman of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Vladimir Ulakhovich said at the opening of the Belarusian-Turkish business Forum in Minsk on 11 November. The forum was attended by Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko and Turkey President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, BelTA has learned.

“The Belarusian-Turkish business cooperation has the widest prospects and opportunities,” Vladimir Ulakhovich stressed.

“The presence of the two heads of state at the forum is not just a great honor for the business community. It is the orientation of the two countries to expanded cooperation in the traditional areas and the search for new forms of interaction. It is a guarantee that the interests of business of the two countries will be observed as joint projects are implemented. It is also a big responsibility of business for the efficient implementation of the projects,” said Vladimir Ulakhovich.

In his words, today's forum is the biggest business event in the history of the two states. Attending the forum are 209 Turkish and more than 250 Belarusian participants.
