Hope for Kazakhstan's investments in Belarus-China industrial park

MINSK, 29 November (BelTA) – I hope that Kazakhstan's business will take part in projects carried out in the Belarus-China industrial park Great Stone, Alexander Yaroshenko, head of the industrial park administration, told the media on the sidelines of Belarus-Kazakhstan business forum, BelTA has learned.

“I told Kazakh businessmen, our partners and, I hope, the park's future residents, that we provide comfortable working conditions and related administrative services as well as tax exemptions. We also give our investors an opportunity to develop innovative high-technology production. All the necessary conditions, including the infrastructure, are already in place. We have registered 23 resident companies so far. I hope there will be some resident companies from Kazakhstan, too,” Alexander Yaroshenko said.

He stressed that the EAEU member states team up to promote joint projects, including in special economic territories. At the same time, they compete with each other for investors. “We learn from each other how to attract investors and provide them with a more favorable environment,” Alexander Yaroshenko summarized.
