MINSK, 30 November (BelTA) - Belarus has created all the conditions for business development, Chairman of the Belarusian State Property Committee Andrei Gayev said during RecExpo 2017, the international real estate & investment expo in Baku, BelTA learned from the press service of the State Property Committee.
Andrei Gayev spoke about the tasks which the State Property Committee addresses to improve the investment climate in Belarus. “With the support of the head of state and the prime minister, Belarus has laid down all the conditions for effective investment promotion and business development. The system of registration of rights to land and real estate is the state guarantee of the safety of domestic and international investment,” he said.
He also stressed the readiness to establish relations with investors in any form: setting up new manufactures, improving the existing ones, joint design of new technologies and development of the services market. The cooperation with the Azerbaijani business in this area has been vibrant and mutually beneficial. Some 58 entities have been set up in Belarus with their participation. In Azerbaijan there are 72 subsidiaries of Belarusian organizations and their representative offices. This testifies to the mutual interest in developing business contacts for the benefit of our companies, states and peoples.” Andrei Gayev said.
The international real estate & investment expo RecExpo 2017 is running in Baku on 28-30 November. On 30 November the Belarusian delegation is expected to continue its work in the ministerial institutions of the State Property Issues Committee of Azerbaijan.
