MINSK, 17 March (BelTA) – The Association of Customs Representatives of Belarus and the Association of Customs Brokers of Ukraine have signed a cooperation agreement, BelTA learned from Svetlana Mardas, Press Secretary of the Association of Customs Representatives of Belarus.
Chairman of the Association of Customs Representatives of Belarus Sergei Borisyuk noted during the signing ceremony that the agreement will allow the sides to work together to simplify international trade procedures and take entrepreneurship activities in customs-related affairs to the next level. The agreement will also enable favorable conditions for implementing business initiatives.
The agreement provides for consolidating efforts of the business circles in the sphere of customs legal relations for developing favorable conditions for foreign trade operations, for further removing administrative barriers, for finding ways to simplify and accelerate customs procedures, and for providing customs-related services on par with international standards.
The Association of Customs Representatives of Belarus and the Association of Customs Brokers of Ukraine have agreed to share information, arrange mutual consultations about the development and improvement of national customs regulations. The sides will work together to analyze the services they provided in order to ensure high standards of professional training of personnel in the organizations that belong to the associations.More about Economy
