Belarusian MAZ to ship large batch of vehicles to Vietnam in H1 2020

MINSK, 28 November (BelTA) – The Belarusian automobile engineering company MAZ will ship a large batch of vehicles to Vietnam in H1 2020. The contract was signed when MAZ Director General Valery Ivankovich visited Vietnam, the company's press service told BelTA.

The joint venture MAZ Asia will get 125 utility vehicles in line with the contract. Tropical features will allow the vehicles to operate well even in difficult climatic conditions in Vietnam.

It will be the first large batch of MAZ automobiles intended for Vietnamese government institutions. Up till now MAZ has been successfully selling passenger vehicles and trucks on the Vietnamese market.

Apart from vehicle sales MAZ works hard to develop aftersales service in Vietnam.

Since a joint venture able to assemble up to 3,000 trucks per annum was opened in Hanoi in late September, the competitive ability of MAZ vehicles in the region is secure. Moreover, the product range will be expanded and adjusted to match market needs in the future.
