MINSK, 6 August (BelTA) – All the unfinished construction projects in Belarus will be completed in September 2018, Belarus' Architecture and Construction Minister Anatoly Cherny said in an interview with the STV Channel on 5 August, BelTA informs.
Such projects have almost been finished following the president's instruction, the minister said. “There are certain house construction projects. Every of them has its own story: either the financing was delayed, or there was a lack of housing equity holders. These projects are under special control. The goal is to commission these houses in September,” Anatoly Cherny said.
The minister also noted that the ratio of wage per cost of one square meter is kept at the required level. In H1 2018 this ratio was 0.91.
