MINSK, 10 April (BelTA) – Belarus and Russia will develop a high-resolution space vehicle. The news was announced on Belarus One Channel on 9 April, BelTA has learned.
The matter concerned the results of the talks between the Belarusian and Russian presidents in Saint Petersburg on 3 April. The parties agreed to unblock the Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development tranches for Belarus. As was said on Belarus One Channel, these funds will be invested in the development of the Union State high technologies. “There is an agreement. Russia is interested in the joint space exploration and the development of space technologies. We have agreed that a high-resolution spacecraft will be developed at the basis of the Belarusian plants,” Belarus One Channel noted.
