Belarus raises oil transit tariffs

MINSK, 5 January (BelTA) – The tariffs for oil transportation through Belarus have been increased. The move is envisaged by Economy Ministry's Resolution No.48 as of 30 December. The document has been published on the national legal internet portal.

The tariffs for oil transportation through the Gomeltransneft Druzhba network via Unecha (Vysokoye) – Adamova Zastava went up from RUB267.32 to RUB287.90 per tonne (without VAT), and via Unecha (Vysokoye) – Brody from RUB114.82 to RUB123.66 per tonne.

The tariffs for oil transportation through Polotsktransneft Druzhba network were via Rechitsa – Mozyr Oil Refinery will now be Br0.51 per tonne (without VAT), via Rechitsa - Adamova Zastava – Br6.96, via Rechitsa – Mozyr line operations dispatcher station – Br0.43, via Rechitsa – Brody – Br1.02.

The tariffs for oil transportation through the Gomeltransneft Druzhba and Polotsktransneft Druzhba networks, calculated in foreign currency will be as follows: RUB35.16 per tonne (without VAT) via Nevel – Polotsk – Naftan; RUB134.96 – via Unecha (Vysokoye) – Polotsk – Naftan; RUB61.36 – via Unecha (Vysokoye) – Mozyr – Mozyr Oil Refinery.

The new tariffs will be valid from 1 February to 31 March 2017.
