Belarus, Iran discuss new ways to strengthen trade, economic cooperation

MINSK, 22 September (BelTA) – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Islamic Republic of Iran Yuri Lazarchik met with Deputy Foreign Minister of Iran Ibrahim Rahimpour on 21 September. The parties discussed new ways to strengthen the bilateral trade and economic cooperation, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Yuri Lazarchik and Ibrahim Rahimpour considered a wide range of issues of mutual interest and exchanged opinions on the status and development prospects of the Belarusian-Iranian relations. Special attention was paid to the implementation of the previously reached agreements and further intensification of the bilateral ties.
