MINSK, 13 March (BelTA) – Belarus is preparing a document to facilitate business, Sergei Novitsky, Deputy Chairman of Belarus' Entrepreneurship Development Council, said in an interview with the Belarus One TV channel, BelTA has learned.
The expert spoke about the contribution that private business can make in terms of creating jobs. He stressed that Belarus needs a document that would facilitate the procedures for starting and developing a business. Such a document will be adopted in late Q1 2017, Sergei Novitsky said. When it comes into force, some 50% of those who have received notifications urging them to take part in the financing of public spending will get registered, the expert believes.
