Belarus' Architecture and Construction Ministry instructed to develop roadmap with German Cristalica

MINSK, 1 August (BelTA) – Belarus' Deputy Prime Minister Anatoly Kalinin has instructed the Ministry of Architecture and Construction to work out a memorandum of cooperation and develop a roadmap for further cooperation with Germany's Cristalica, the press service of the Belarusian government told BelTA after the meeting with Cristalica Managing Director Lutz Stache.

The meeting discussed promising areas of interaction, including investment cooperation, between Cristalica and Borisov Crystal Factory, Glassworks Neman.

According to Anatoly Kalinin, Belarus is interested in mutually beneficial partnership and is ready to consider any forms of cooperation. “The main thing is that we have mutual interest in closer cooperation. We are ready to discuss practical issues of mutually beneficial cooperation,” he stressed.

For his part, Lutz Stache praised high quality of goods made by Belarusian glass producers and expressed readiness for cooperation and the implementation of new technologies, products and solutions. “We can make almost everything from glass, but we need a stable and strong partner,” he noted.
