“The New Year celebration program Happy New Year, Minsk! will begin near the Sport Palace at 23:00 to end at 04:00. Minsk residents and guests of the Belarusian capital will be invited to see New Year fireworks that will begin at 01:30 on 1 January,” said the official.
Twenty-one theater groups from Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Serbia, Lithuania and other countries will take part in the third international Christmas festival of batleika theaters in Minsk on 12-15 January.
