Belarus was voted to host the Second European Games in 2019 at the 45th General Assembly of the European Olympic Committees in Minsk in October 2016.

According to the source, free Wi-Fi will be made available at sport facilities, hotels, and the Student Village in Dzerzhinskogo Avenue. Plans have been made to improve 3G and 4G coverage to ensure uninterrupted communication along major streets.
Belarus to choose temporary infrastructure supplier for 2019 European Games

The directorate has posted the technical design specifications for temporary infrastructure. The supplier shall comply with these standards while planning, delivering (rental), installing and maintaining the infrastructure at the time of the tournament and dismantling temporary infrastructure.
